Legal Disclaimer:
Unless an agreement has been reached between the customer and the creator of the artwork (JCL Graphix, LLC) the rights to use of the artwork in question will be retained by JCL Graphix, LLC. If a customer wishes to buy the rights to said artwork in order to have full legal use of the artwork, these rights shall not be transferred until an amount has been agreed upon by the two parties and full payment has been issued by the customer to JCL Graphix, LLC. Upon the event of a full payment, the customer will be granted full ownership of the final artwork to use and distribute as they see fit. JCL Graphix, LLC retains the right to use the completed artwork and any preliminary versions of said artwork for use in portfolios, design competitions, and marketing materials.
